“Good Times” Summer Concert & Art Market

1. Submission Guidelines: All artwork must be original, created by the artist named in this form. Artwork shown by a local gallery must represent and show only local artists. Each submission must include high-quality images of the artwork, an artist statement with a brief description and price of two representative products.
2. Delivery of Artwork: The artist is responsible for delivering the artwork and setting up using a 10x10 tent to assigned Art Market booth number by the specified deadline.
3. Insurance and Liability: The artist is responsible for insuring the artwork during the Art Market. 
4. Termination: If the artist withdraws after the Art Market has begun, they forfeit all fees paid.
5. Limitation of Liability: The Art Market will not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, special, or consequential damages. This includes any personal or bodily injuries, emotional distress, or losses of profits, revenue, business, data, usage, goodwill, or other intangible losses that arise from or are connected to the Art Market.
